Welcome to Ceramica Café! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our pottery painting studio located at 109 Praceta Astrolabio 109, Cascais 2750-299, Portugal. By booking a session or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Studio Use

1.1. The studio is open to individuals of all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
1.2. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended, especially during weekends and holidays.
1.3. Each painting session includes the use of paints, brushes, and other tools. Prices vary depending on the piece selected.
1.4. Each person in the booking must participate and paint their own piece of pottery.

2. Artwork Firing and Collection

3.1. Painted pottery is glazed and kiln-fired by our staff. Firing typically takes 10-14 days, but this may vary.
3.2. Customers will be notified by email when their items are ready for collection. If you do not receive an email, please contact us to confirm we have the correct email address and information.
3.3. Unclaimed items will be held for 30 days from the date of notification. After this period, items may be discarded or donated.

3. Liability

4.1. While we take the utmost care in handling your creations, we cannot guarantee against cracks or breakages during the firing process.
4.2. The studio is not responsible for damage to personal items brought into the premises.
4.3. Participation in studio activities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

4. Health and Safety

5.1. We comply with all local health and safety regulations.
5.2. In case of allergies or special needs, please inform our staff in advance.
5.3. Alcohol is for adults only, in compliance with local laws.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)

6.1. Your personal data (name, contact details) will only be used for managing bookings, communication, and optional marketing (with your consent).
6.2. You may request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.

6. Photography and Social Media

7.1. We may take photos of studio events and finished pieces for promotional purposes. You will be asked for consent before any identifiable photos are published.
7.2. Customers are welcome to take and share their own photos, but please be respectful of others' privacy.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cascais, Lisbon.
